CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

As a Customer Service Coordinator, your role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless operations within your domain. Your responsibilities encompass a multifaceted approach, including, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance Management, Product Knowledge, Contractual Understanding, End-to-End Process Management, Continuous Communication, Conflict Resolution, etc.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and polite phone manners.
  • Proactive and organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM or Contact Center Phone systems is advantageous.
  • Strong active listening ability and proficient in using MS Office and G Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quick and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Offer accurate details about our solar products, services, and installation process.
  • Help customers troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and sustainability.
