By accessing our Site, submitting your information, requesting a consultation, or using our Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This contact may occur via phone calls (including manual and automated calls), SMS/text messages, and email. These communications may include quotes, appointment scheduling, project updates, installation notices, promotional offers, and service-related information.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Consent to receive automated communications is not a condition of obtaining a quote or purchasing any Sunwise product or service.
3. ESTIMATES, PROJECTIONS & SAVINGS DISCLAIMER
Any estimates, projections, savings examples, or performance figures provided by Sunwise — whether verbally, in writing, through our Site, or via advertising — are based on available data, general assumptions, and conditions at the time they are prepared. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Sunwise does not guarantee specific energy savings amounts, system performance outcomes, payback timelines, utility rate conditions, financial returns, or incentive availability. Actual results will vary based on individual factors including your home’s energy usage patterns, roof condition and orientation, system design, weather and sunlight exposure in your area, utility policies and rate structures, and changes in applicable incentive programs. You are encouraged to consult with your tax advisor or financial professional regarding any financial or tax-related projections associated with your solar investment.
4. OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
From time to time, Sunwise may offer special promotions, cashback incentives, bundled offers, or other limited-time programs. All promotions are subject to eligibility and credit approval, may require specific financing products or project qualifications, may vary based on project size, location, or system design, and are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice. Not all customers will qualify for all promotions. Sunwise reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time.
5. FINANCING & THIRD-PARTY APPROVALS
Certain Sunwise services, offers, and promotions may require financing approval through third-party lending or financing partners. Sunwise does not guarantee financing approval for any applicant and is not responsible for decisions made by third-party financing providers. Sunwise has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the terms, rates, conditions, or decisions of any financing partner. All financing agreements are entered into directly between you and the applicable third-party provider, and you are encouraged to review all financing terms carefully before executing any agreement.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & PARTNERS
Sunwise may engage third parties to assist in delivering our Services, including installation partners, subcontractors, financing providers, warranty administrators, and other service partners. While we aim to work exclusively with trusted, qualified partners, Sunwise is not responsible for delays, performance issues, or independent actions taken by any third-party provider. Any issues or disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the applicable provider, though Sunwise will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolution where possible.
7. PROJECT TIMELINES
Project timelines provided by Sunwise are estimates based on typical conditions and are not guaranteed. Actual timelines may vary due to factors including local permitting and inspection requirements, utility interconnection review and approval processes, weather conditions, equipment availability and supply chain conditions, and other circumstances outside of Sunwise’s control. Sunwise will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any delays and to complete your project as efficiently as possible, but shall not be liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of Sunwise Energy LLC or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without the prior written permission of Sunwise Energy LLC.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sunwise Energy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated savings, loss of revenue or profits, loss of business opportunities, or any damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, even if Sunwise has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of our Site and Services is at your own discretion and risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. INDEMNIFICATION

11. DO NOT CONTACT REQUESTS
Sunwise respects all opt-out and do-not-contact requests. If you request not to be contacted, we will add your information to our internal Do Not Contact list and cease future outreach, except as may be required to complete services you have already requested or to fulfill existing contractual obligations.
